Construction update June 2025 

The final phase is nearby!

The completion of our last plot with luxurious villas is fast approaching. Construction is currently in its completion phase and the outlines of the final result are becoming more and more visible.

We are currently working on furnishing the homes. The inventory is being placed and the final interior details are being worked on. Construction of the yards and patios is also planned for the near future and will complete the overall picture.

A special feature of this plot is our Veluwe Villa Wellness XL. This villa is designed with luxury and accessibility in mind for people with physical disabilities. This includes:

• Modified bathrooms
• Support brackets near the toilet
• Lowered and modified sinks
• Soon-to-be completed stair elevator to the wellness area
• Future lifting elevator at the indoor swimming pool
