How does renting out a group accommodation work?
If you have purchased a group home and choose (partial) letting, our professional rental organization takes over for you. The management, maintenance, and letting will be taken care of for you. In order to achieve the most optimal yield, we take care of the online marketing and collaborate with tour operators. When letting in combination with private use, you can indicate online when you want to keep the home free for private use. You can also add bookings and make reservations yourself.
Can I live in a group home permanently?
No, permanent occupancy of a recreation home is not allowed in the Netherlands. Our vacation park is zoned for recreation and not for residence. This means the homes are only meant for recreation.
