Park Berkenrhode is a small-scale family-friendly holiday park with a beautiful location in the middle of nature. From the park, you can directly enter the adjacent forest. With the many walking and cycling routes surrounding the park, carefree enjoyment is truly within reach!

When purchasing your holiday home, you, as the owner, will be completely relieved of any worries. We offer you a combination of personal use and professional rental. Our professional rental organization will handle the rental for you during the periods you specify when the property can be rented. This way, you can fully enjoy your holiday home while effortlessly allowing it to generate income.

The prices in our offer exclude the following options:

Plot

It is possible to rent or purchase the plot. Request our sales brochure for an overview of the available plots.

Inventory Package

Do you choose an inventory package? Under the guidance of our permanent interior designers, you can fully customize your own package according to your wishes. This way, each home remains unique, and as the owner, you can add a personal touch to your holiday home.

Garden Design

We work with a renowned landscaping company that takes care of the entire design of your garden. Of course, you have the opportunity to contribute to the design. For your loyal four-legged friend and the smallest guests, you can choose a fully enclosed garden so that everyone can enjoy their freedom.

Wellness Facilities (optional)

Completely relax in your own wellness space. Depending on the plot, various wellness facilities can be placed in your garden, such as a sauna, outdoor shower, hot tub, and/or jacuzzi.
