With the purchase of your holiday accommodation, everything will be taken care of for you as the owner. We offer you a combination of private use and professional holiday rental. Our professional rental organization takes care of the rental process for you during the periods in which you indicate the accommodation can be rented out. That way, you can enjoy your holiday accommodation optimal and have your holiday accommodation rented out completely free of worries. 

There are several options when purchasing your holiday accommodation. In our offers, the prices are displayed excluding VAT, excluding the plot and excluding the below possibilities:

Inventory package

Will you opt for an inventory package? Guided by our regular interior decorators, you can completely compose your own inventory package. This way, each accommodation stays unique and you as the owner can give your holiday accommodation a personal touch. 

Yard landscaping

We collaborate with a renowned landscaping company All of are yards are fully landscaped. It goes without saying that you can be involved in the design. It is possible to opt for a fully enclosed yard for your loyal pet and the very smallest holidaymakers. 

Wellness facilities (optional)

Unwind completely at your own wellness. Now that's enjoying your stay! Depending on the plot, various wellness facilities are possible in your own yard. They include a sauna, an outdoor shower, a hot tub and/or a Jacuzzi.
